Body Mind Spirit Connection

Body Mind Spirit connection, resembles healthy mind in a healthy body

An optimal balance of Body Mind Spirit connection is the goal of every practitioner, whether he is aware of it or not. This is especially true for Kinesiology practitioners, who standard check for corrections to make in one or more of these areas.

Body Mind Spirit connection dissected – To understand the parts let us dissect and explain the meaning of its parts. This understanding was the second axioma of a Specialized/Applied Kinesiology practitioner in spe to focus to offer corrections to the Body Mind Spirit connection. (The first axioma being the uniqueness of the muscle test itself and learning to understand its properties). To let this all make sense, take a look at the logo of  ICAK.COM

  • Body – You can imagine this all being its physical components: Organs, fluids, bones, muscletissue etc..
  • Mind – The mind is defined by Emotion, Thinking-Feeling part. The boundaries we experience when we express ourselves. The parts we manifest ourselves in, the games we play.
  • Spirit – Think of your connection with the One and as in Hawaiian terms your Aina. Your genetic imprints that make you what and you behave the way you are programmed to do.
  • Connection – This is the electrical part. The energy then runs through the acupuncture meridians, the energy that makes us “glow in the dark”.

“A healthy mind in a healthy body” – This quotation of Juvenal [Roman poet & satirist (55 AD – 127 AD) , ‘mens sana in corpore sano,’] is somehow the requirement for a long healthy life. And if that is not what you desire of life then this connection of Body Mind Spirit should be prerequisite for your living anyway for as long as you want to be healthy. At least that is what your practitioner of Specialized Kinesiology is working at when he muscle tests you and makes the corrections just as the Body Mind Spirit connection asking.

Muscle testing is a tuning in on the Body Mind Spirit connection – As you may have read on the page on Specialized Kinesiology. There is no correlation between Applied Kinesiology manual muscle test methods and mechanical measures of isometric muscle strength using force transducers alone.

This means the practitioner of Applied/Specialized Kinesiology does not muscle test for mechanical imbalances per se. Therefore he must test for something else and that is … you are right … the Body Mind Spirit connection. For when you become well versed in muscle testing, you start noticing people go into trance as they relax even deeper, when they lay on the table. You begin to start noticing the different answers one gets when people are that relaxed. And simple rational explanations for a muscle test go overboard. The muscle test is not that simple to explain anymore.

In that state, the optimal balance of Body Mind Spirit connection becomes the goal of every practitioner, whether he is aware of it or not. And the Applied/Specialized Kinesiology practitioner tests these areas standard for problems that play hazard in one or more of these areas.
